Stop picking on NS men!
Hi guys! Came across some retarded article on TRS regarding ns men couldn't have a seat in trains.. Kay I'm so deeply affected by one of the news which is THIS and idk the person who wrote this article has his brains stuck in the shit or what?.. Zzz.
My boyf and elder brother was a ns men and that explains why I'm so affected by this article. Even though I myself wasn't a ns men, but I could understand how tough their training were and it's not a one or two day training but daily training from morning till evening or even during the night. The endless training that they need to endure from monday to friday was so tiring that some of them even had nightmares waking up in the middle of the night thinking that they've over slept or thinking that their sergeant calling them to fall in. I really don't understand why some of the Singaporean just can't stop taking photos of ns men taking their seats in the train. Friday was their happiest day where they could book out and meet their love ones and why are they making their life so miserable? I mean like.. why can't the nuisances just let them have some peace? I would say ns men taking their seats in the train have done no wrong NO WRONG AT ALL.
Firstly they're humans and they're physically and mentally tired from training.
Secondly SMRT didn't prohibit ns men taking up seats in the train.
Thirdly their legs are ten times tired than we do as they march all day long.
Fourth they pay transportation fares too.
So I don't understand why is there a need to post up such article? The writer mentioned that
"I would just like to add that in my school days as an NCC cadet, we would never sit unless there were no other standing passengers. There was no MRT then. Just our buses. We were conscious of the image we projected of our Corps and our School. And we were just boys!"
"This is totally bullshit, by judging the sentence you mentioned, back then in your ulu centuries there were no MRT and just buses.. dude that's decade ago. Don't you feel shame comparing your pathetic NCC days with ns men and don't you think that by putting up such articles would gain more criticism rather than fame?
If you want a seat than ask politely rather than putting up such negative article and if you think that you deserve a seat than why not take a cab then? Want to take public transport yet complain ns men taking up seat..? As a men or even being a NCC cadet back then, shouldn't you be more understanding than a female here who doesn't go through ns? I bet your NCC days are not as tough compared to ns life, the excessive training that they went through was much tougher than your NCC days where some couldn't even feel their legs. Be it ns men coming from air force unit, naval diving unit or perhaps guards unit, they deserve a seat as they're the ones serving and protecting our country. You're just another joker behaving in a disgusting manner on social media. My advice to you is that stop disgracing your school or even NCC."
Posting up such articles on SAF day? Hmm.. I see what you did there.
Sorry readers, but to pour all my thoughts over here. I find this article ridiculous as it mentioned "NSMEN IN UNIFORM SHOULD STAND IN CROWDED TRAINS". Be it crowded or not, ns men still deserves a seat as it's first come first serve basis. Just because they're ns men and they're easier to pick on?..
Kay, bye guys! Shall end off here as I'm rushing for an appointment. Stay tuned for my next update! :)
